Professor Graeme Newell is Professor of Property Investment at Western Sydney University. He has over 40 years’ experience in property education and research, having received numerous research grants and his applied research has been published widely. Graeme has strong links to the property industry, both in Australia and internationally. He has been a member of APREA for many years and has done several research reports for APREA concerning Asia REITs, and the significance of real estate in Asian pension funds.

Aditya is a senior portfolio manager in ADIA’s Asia-Pacific real estate team, with primary responsibility for ADIA's investments in Indian, Japanese and Korean real estate. He has been with ADIA since July 2012. His responsibilities include helping manage the Asia Pacific portfolio and investment team. In addition to his duties as a member of the Asia Pacific team, he was chair of ADIA’s Real Estate Department’s Task Force for ADIA’s 2017 Global Investment Forum.
Immediately prior to joining ADIA, Aditya was the Managing Director for SITQ India, a real estate division of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec in Montreal, Canada. Aditya graduated from the Sri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi University with a BA in Economics, and studied at Carnegie Mellon University to graduate with an MBA degree. He is a former member of the South Asia advisory board of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a member of the advisory board for Global Real Estate Investors (GRI India).

From 2015 to 2023, he served as the President & CEO of Sumisho Realty Management, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, and expanded its AUM to over ¥700 billion. He diversified the firm's investments in structures such as SOSiLA Logistic REIT(publicly-traded) and SC Realty Private REIT(privately-placed) alongside a broad spectrum of separate accounts.
Earlier, at Sumitomo Corporation, he held pivotal roles and managed a comprehensive real estate portfolio in both Japan and the US, encompassing residential, commercial, and logistics sectors.
From 2024 to April 2025, he served as Director and Head of Strategic Business Division at ES-CON Japan. He is currently with Fortress Investment Group, where he is engaged in J-REIT related operations.
He graduated from Kyoto University in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Also, he is a licensed architect in Japan, an esteemed ARES Certified Master, APREA Board Member/Japan Chapter Chairperson and RICS Japan, MEG Co-chairperson (FRICS).

Dr. Terence Ho Wah Chan (陈浩华博士 简介)
Dr. Chan has had close to 30 years of experience in real estate investment and finance, listed companies’ mergers and acquisitions in the regional capital market. He has participated in over 20 trophy mix-used complexes in landmark metropolis in Asia. Dr. Chan has successfully raised billions of dollars from blue chip capital such as Singapore's GIC, closing deals in the areas of private and public equity investment, corporate restructuring and asset injection, distress debt investment, bond issuance and IPO spin-off exercises. Dr. Chan is also an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong with majors in securitization, technology application and sustainable development.
Dr. Chan concurrently runs a family office - Asia Impact Investment Corporation (“AIIC”), which is sponsored by high-net-worth individuals to invest in sustainable real estate projects in China and North America as well as private equity in the segment of construction and property and financial service, particularly in the areas of digitization and green and smart solution. AIIC successfully co-invested with sovereign funds, listed companies and financial institutions in projects and corporations at an aggregate amount of over USD1.5 billion.
Dr. Chan holds a PhD in Economics and MSc in Real Estate, and also holds a fellow professional membership in CPA Australia (FCPA) and Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (FRICS). He also holds the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) and the fellowship of Certificate in Finance and Technology. Dr. Chan is deeply involved in industry development and social services and is the committee chair of ESG and Sustainable Investment Committee of Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKINEDA), a member of REIT Committee of Securities and Financial Commission (SFC), a member of Mainland Opportunity Committee of Financial Service Development Council (FSDC) and a member of Hong Kong Baptist University Council and Foundation. Dr. Chan has also made a remarkable contribution to the economics and technology partnership between Hong Kong and Shanghai through his deputy president role in the Hong Kong-Shanghai Economic Development Association as well as his membership in the Economic chapter of CPPCC Shanghai Municipal Committee.

David is the Senior Executive Director, Head of ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services for CBRE in Singapore and across APAC. Prior to taking on this important assignment, David held the roles of Senior Executive Managing Director, Property Management in the United Kingdom, Managing Director, Asset Services, Singapore & Southeast Asia, and Regional Director, Asset Services, Pacific. In each role over his career, David led the Sustainability business within the Asset Services & Property Management business lines. Prior to joining CBRE, David led Investment Property Management for Knight Frank in Australia.
His strengths are driving excellent client outcomes through strong leadership, strategy development and execution, galvanizing teams through implementing positive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
David is a passionate advocate for creating an environment where people thrive, building communities and connections, integrating technology, sustainability, and people to help shape the future of the workplace and real estate.
As Head of ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services, David works with CBRE’s Investor and Occupier clients across APAC delivering on ESG Strategy, Net Zero Decarbonisation, Sustainability Reporting, GRESB, Circular Economy and Green, WELL and Smart Building Certifications. He has been recognised and respected in the industry for his leadership and is passionate about the Environment and Sustainability and building successful high performing teams.

Vinamra is the Chief Sustainability & Sustainable Investments Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for formulating and integrating the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, policies and best practices into its business and operations, fostering a culture of sustainability, and helping to deliver long-term economic value to stakeholders. He also leads CLI’s sustainable real assets investments, including renewable energy and climate-tech venture capital.
Prior to this role, Vinamra served as the CEO, India Business Parks, CLI, where he led the development and growth of the company’s business parks portfolio in the country. Vinamra also led multiple sustainability projects across India in renewable energy and digital technologies. Before that, he headed the Corporate Strategy & Development function at Ascendas-Singbridge.
Before joining CapitaLand in 2015, Vinamra was a management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Cisco Systems and Arthur D. Little, where he specialised in growth strategy, market entry and infrastructure investments advisory in projects across Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
