Saurabh wears two hats at CDPQ. In his continuing role since March 2017 as the Managing Director, Infrastructure, Saurabh is leading CDPQ’s infrastructure activities in South Asia and Middle East and is responsible for strategy development, sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing high-quality infrastructure investments, as well as developing long-term partner relationships in these regions.
In his additional role as the Managing Director of CDPQ India (since March 2022), he takes an active role in positioning CDPQ as a partner of choice across asset classes - public equities (direct and indirect), debt, private equity, and infrastructure – while representing the organization in the financial and business community, as well as with key stakeholders including the government and the regulators.
Mr. Agarwal has over 21 years of investment and technology sector experience. Before joining CDPQ in 2017, he spent over 10 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), a global infrastructure fund, playing a key role in acquiring and managing fund investments. Prior to this, he was a scientific researcher in supercomputer technology at IBM Research Labs and Wipro Global R&D Center.
Mr. Agarwal holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from India’s National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He currently serves as the Managing Director on the board of CDPQ India. He also serves as a non-executive director (NED) on the boards of A) Apprava Energy, B) Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited and C) Maple Highway Project Management Private Limited, certain investee companies of CDPQ in India. He has previously served as NED on the Boards of several investee companies of MSIP.

Abdulhaq is a Real Estate and Infrastructure Partner at Trowers & Hamlins and specialises in complex real estate investment deals and development projects, PPP and concession arrangements relating to urban and transport-related development, and strategic legal advice.
He has held several senior management positions within the Firm, including sitting on the Management Board for six years, as well as being the Firm's International Managing Partner until late 2021. He is consistently recognised as a top-tier lawyer by both The Legal 500 and Chambers Global.
He is now the firm's Head of Asia and spearheaded the opening of our Singapore office.

Abhilash is an Executive Director at IndoSpace and heads the Asset Management function. IndoSpace is India’s largest investor, developer, and manager of industrial and logistics real estate with a total portfolio size of over 58 million square feet across 52 projects in 11 cities.
In his current role at IndoSpace, Abhilash oversees performance of three development funds and a Core vehicle with total investments of over USD 3Bn and is responsible for driving portfolio strategy, operations, property valuations, monitoring and optimizing asset performance. Abhilash has wide ranging experience of over 16 years in the real estate industry involving fund raising, investments, asset management, driving buy side and sell side due diligence and managing investor relations.
Prior to joining IndoSpace, Abhilash was associated with JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and Citi Markets. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelors in Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
